Michael Glick
Owner/Mastermind
Michael comes from a long background in Restaurant/Hotel management. A graduate of Cornell Hotel and Restaurant School, who straight out of college began his career in the Hospitality industry managing the well known China Grill Restaurant. He has since grown to be extremely well known and respected in the industry for being a young powerhouse who has an uncanny ability to produce successful establishments.
He has supervised over venues ranging from Tribeca and Soho Grand, Butter restaurant and nightclub, most recently was the General Manager of the NY Times 3 star rated restaurant GAIA in Greenwich, CT, and it's sister restaurant A Voce also receiving 3 Stars from the NY Times. After spending almost ten years of his career helping other venues become successful and instilling positive staff/management relationships, he realized it was time to go into business for himself and utilize his tools to create an amazing space that he could be proud of. BB&R will be the first establishment where he will showcase his experience and amazing personality as the entrepreneur he was always meant to be.

Susy Salvo
Owner/Marketing Director
Susy comes from a long background in the hospitality industry ranging from a college side job of waiting tables that moved onto Bartending while she got her Degree in Psychology. Having a natural knack for putting people at ease in an instant, whether it was with a warm smile or just her ability to understand people's spirits, she made a name for herself in the Bar/Nighclub industry. She began with Alan V. Productions and from there she learned not only how to become a top notch Bartender, but made a move to Promotions and built up advertising/marketing strategies that kept people filing into where ever she deemed the hot spot to be.
After leaving the Nighclub industry for a short time to go into a stint in Fashion, she realized that the field was not her cup of tea and went back to get her master's in Forensic Psychology. Toward the end of this process, by sheer coincidence, she found her way back into Hospitality by being offered a position as Maitre'D of GAIA Restaurant in Greenwich, CT. It was there that she honed in on a skill that she posessed which was the essence of natural hospitality. It was also in this position that she developed relationships with each of her guests one person at a time and was one of the factors that helped form the success of an amazing restaurant. This is like the other partners, her first ownership venture.
